All Taskers are required to be verified through a government issued ID and their work experience is reviewed before getting activated on the platform. All Taskers receive ratings from people who have hired them for a task. They should maintain a minimum 4/5 star rating in order to stay active on the platform and continue providing services to users.
Although LinktoPin has a website, all activity must be conducted through the app.
The LinktoPin app is free. There is no cost to join or to request a task. As an Asker, the only payment you will make is the amount that you and Tasker agree upon for the given task.
No. For privacy and security purposes we do not recommend getting in touch directly with a Tasker. Any communication or transaction outside of the platform does not cover issues that may arise such as refunds. LinktoPin helps resolve issues between Askers and Taskers. If there is a dispute regarding payment or performance, LinktoPin will immediately help you in resolving the matter. This would not be available if any communication or payment were conducted outside of the platform. Using the LinktoPin app ensures that tasks are completed before payment is released from the Asker, making for a safe and streamlined experience.
No, the price you accept on your order is the final price you'll pay.
When the task is finished, you can choose to decline accepting the work. You will be reimbursed for the total amount paid.
The Tasker will be penalized and we will arrange to have another Tasker help you with the task.
You can cancel the task. If the Tasker agrees to the task before canceling, a small fee will need to be paid.
